Refunds

  • Non-Arrival or Damaged Products: If your product does not arrive or arrives damaged, we will either offer a refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference.
  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you.

Final Sale and Order Processing

  • All Purchases Are Final: Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our factory for processing. We cannot cancel or change orders after they’ve been processed.
  • Processing Time: Orders typically take 5-7 business days for processing, plus shipping time.
  • Shipping Time: All packages to the United States and Canada take approximately 15-35 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for Mistakes on Our End: If an error was made by us (e.g., wrong product, damaged goods), we will provide an exchange at no additional cost to you.
  • Exchanges for Customer Errors: If you request an exchange for any reason other than an error on our part, a $25 USD processing fee will apply. The item must be new and unworn.

Non-Covered Items and Conditions

  • This policy does not cover:
    • Misuse or Accidental Damage
    • Incorrect size selection
    • Water damage or any form of abuse to the purchased product.
  • Please make sure to double-check your sizing using our size chart before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to contact us before making a purchase.

Incorrect Address

  • If your package is lost or not delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, we cannot provide a refund or replacement. We encourage you to carefully review the shipping details when checking out, as shipping labels are directly generated from the address you provide.

Return Instructions

  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you need to exchange or return your item, please follow the instructions provided in your order confirmation or contact us for assistance.
